Refund Policy
At Outside The Box Coaching, we understand that life doesn't always go to plan. We always aim to be fair while recognising that our services involve reserving limited coaching spaces, preparing personalised programmes and planning sessions in advance.
Personal Training
Health & Lifestyle Consultations (HLC)
HLC bookings are non-refundable.
If you need to rearrange your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours' notice and we'll happily reschedule your appointment.
Single Personal Training Sessions
Single sessions are non-refundable.
With at least 24 hours' notice, your session may be rescheduled subject to availability.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will normally be treated as used.
Session Packs
Session Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Unused sessions must be used within the validity period of your package.
Where exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, injury or bereavement prevent you from using your sessions, please contact us as soon as possible. Any extensions or credits remain entirely at the discretion of Outside The Box Coaching.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly membership payments are non-refundable.
Memberships may be cancelled by providing one month's written notice.
Payments made during the notice period remain payable and are non-refundable.
Group Classes
Class Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Class credits cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will automatically be returned to your pack.
Credits for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will normally be treated as used.
Unused class credits expire at the end of their validity period unless otherwise agreed.
Run Club
Run Club payments and memberships are non-refundable.
If you're unable to attend a booked session, please let us know as soon as possible so we know not to wait for you.
If We Cancel
If Outside The Box Coaching needs to cancel a Personal Training session, class or other booked service, you will be offered one of the following:

A suitable alternative appointment or class

A credit to your account

A refund where no suitable alternative can be provided
Exceptional Circumstances
We know that life sometimes throws unexpected challenges our way.
If illness, injury, bereavement or other exceptional circumstances affect your ability to attend, please get in touch as soon as possible.
While refunds cannot usually be offered, we will always aim to work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution wherever we can.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
