My coaching blends strength training, habit-building, flexible nutrition, and emotional safety, because long-lasting change isn’t about willpower, it’s about support and understanding.

Small Group Classes - Strong For Life

£60 for first 6 weeks, then £50 per 6 weeks for continuing ladies

Train in a private, calm, inclusive space where you can simply be you - no judgement, no pressure, no gym-timidation.

You’ll get a programme designed around:

  • your goals

  • your lifestyle

  • your energy levels

  • your neurotype

  • your schedule as an actual human being

  • A personalised programme tailored to your goals, mobility, energy levels and neurotype

  • Flexible nutrition support (macros/calories only if they help, never forced)

  • Weekly check-ins so you feel supported, not alone

  • Education to help you build skills for life, not dependence on a coach

  • Optional progress tracking (measurements/photos if you want them)

  • A coach who understands overwhelm, executive dysfunction, motivation dips and sensory needs

  • Run coaching support for beginners  - including run/walk intervals, pacing guidance, form cues and confidence-building strategies

  • A trauma-aware, neurodivergent-friendly coaching style

  • A private studio in Greasby where you can train without an audience
