I specialise in working with women, the LGBTQ+ community, and neurodiverse individuals who are often overlooked in mainstream fitness spaces. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength, confidence, or simply finding a way to move that feels good - I’ll help you build a plan that actually works for you.

Weight Management Coaching

From £15 per week ​

Forget crash diets and rigid rules - this program is about building healthy, sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle. No generic meal plans, just practical guidance tailored to you.

What’s included:

  • Personalised calorie and macro targets

  • Nutrition coaching for confident food choices

  • Portion size, meal ideas, and flexible strategies

  • Weekly check-ins and progress tracking

  • Guidance on sustainable fat loss and long-term weight maintenance

  • Encouragement and strategies to help you stay consistent without restriction

Included automatically with all Personal Training and Online Coaching packages


Available as a standalone program if nutrition is your main focus

Online Coaching

From £100 per month

Coaching you can access anywhere, at a time that suits you. Perfect if you prefer training from home, need structure and accountability, or aren’t local for face-to-face sessions.

What’s included:

  • Personalised training plan (home or gym options)

  • Nutrition & weight management coaching (calories, macros, flexible eating guidance)

  • Weekly online check-ins and progress tracking

  • Resources to help you build long-term habits

  • Support between sessions via dedicated app

Personal Training (1:1)

From £35 per week (paid weekly, one week in advance)

Tailored, face-to-face sessions designed around your unique goals, body, and lifestyle. You’ll get the encouragement, accountability, and structure to build strength, confidence, and lasting results - without the pressure of a traditional gym.

What’s included:

  • Personalised training plans built around you

  • Nutrition & weight management coaching (calories, macros, flexible eating guidance)

  • Weekly check-ins to track progress & celebrate wins

  • Education to help you understand why things work, not just what to do

  • Optional measurements/photos to track body composition changes

  • A safe, inclusive training environment where you can feel supported

Small Group Classes

£45 for 6 sessions (6 week block)

Inclusive, small-group workouts designed to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident - with the bonus of community support.

When:

  • Tuesdays at 6.45pm

  • Fridays at 1.30pm

  • Each class is 50 minutes

What to expect:

  • Fun, varied sessions with a focus on strength & confidence

  • Adaptable exercises for all abilities

  • Friendly, supportive atmosphere (no “gym-timidation”)

  • A chance to connect with like-minded people

  • Guidance on technique and safe progression

  • Optional add-on: Weekly weigh in and calories/macros (+£10 per 6 week block)
