At Outside the Box, fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all - it’s personal. Every program is designed around you, with training and nutrition support that fits your goals, your lifestyle, and your pace.

I specialise in working with women, the LGBTQ+ community, and neurodiverse individuals who are often overlooked in mainstream fitness spaces. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength, confidence, or simply finding a way to move that feels good - I’ll help you build a plan that actually works for you.

Small Group Classes

£30 month

​

Inclusive, small-group workouts designed to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident - with the bonus of community support.

​

When:

  • Tuesdays at 6.40pm

  • Each class is 50 minutes

​

Where:

  • V Health and Fitness, Woodside Business Park, Birkenhead

​

What to expect:

  • Fun, varied sessions with a focus on strength & confidence

  • Adaptable exercises for all abilities

  • Friendly, supportive atmosphere (no “gym-timidation”)

  • A chance to connect with like-minded people

  • Guidance on technique and safe progression

  • Weekly weigh-ins & measurements (if you want them - no pressure if not)

  • Personalised calorie & macro breakdowns based on your goals

  • Progress tracking so you can actually see your wins, not just the scale

What you won’t get:

  • Strict meal plans

  • “Good” and “bad” food lists

  • A one-size-fits-all approach

Because that’s not what sustainable change looks like.

This is a starting point - designed to give you clarity, support, and accountability while you build habits that actually last.

Personal Training

​Tailored, face-to-face sessions designed around your unique goals, body, and lifestyle. You’ll get the encouragement, accountability, and structure to build strength, confidence, and lasting results - without the pressure of a traditional gym.

  • Personalised training plans built around you

  • Nutrition & weight management coaching (calories, macros, flexible eating guidance)

  • Weekly check-ins to track progress & celebrate wins

  • Education to help you understand why things work, not just what to do

  • Optional measurements/photos to track body composition changes
