Terms & Conditions
By signing up for services with Outside The Box Coaching, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payments
​
Personal Training (1:1 Sessions)
-
PT is paid weekly or monthly in advance, depending on your plan.

Sessions are not confirmed until payment has been received.
​
Small Group Classes
-
Classes are paid for as 6-week blocks.
-
All class bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable due to limited spaces.
​
Charity/Community Deposits (Intro Sessions)
-
Certain taster/free sessions may require a small £5 charity/community deposit.
-
This deposit is not a fee; it is donated to charity and/or the OTB Community Wellbeing Pot.
​
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
​
Personal Training (1:1)
-
48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
-
Sessions cancelled inside the 48-hour window are charged in full / forfeited.
-
Each session can be rescheduled once, provided sufficient notice is given.
-
I will always aim to rebook you within the same week, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
​
Small Group Classes
-
All block bookings are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over or swapped to another class.
-
If you miss a class, you will be provided with the workout to complete at home.
​
Introductory / Free Sessions
-
Existing bookings may choose to pay the optional £5 charity deposit.
-
If you cancel without the deposit, a replacement slot cannot be offered.
-
If you have paid the deposit, you may reschedule once with 48 hours’ notice.
​
Coach Cancellations
-
If I ever need to cancel, you will always receive either a rescheduled session or a full credit.

3. Client Responsibilities
-
All clients must complete a PAR-Q and consent form before beginning training.
-
You must inform the coach of any injuries, changes to health, medications, or conditions.
-
Clients must arrive on time and follow coaching guidance safely.
-
For safety and quality of coaching, children cannot attend sessions unless agreed in advance.

4. Coach Responsibilities
-
To provide safe, inclusive, and personalised coaching tailored to your goals and ability.

To keep all personal and health data confidential (see Privacy Policy).
-
To give reasonable notice if a session needs to be rescheduled.
-
To provide alternative options (e.g., home workouts) when appropriate.
5. Liability
-
All participation is at the client’s own risk.
-
Outside The Box Coaching is not liable for injury, loss, or damages caused by:
-
failure to follow instructions,
-
undisclosed medical conditions,
-
inappropriate clothing/footwear, or
-
misuse of equipment.
-

Clients are responsible for seeking medical clearance where necessary.
6. Communication
-
Coaching communication is primarily text-based (messages, app, or email).
-
Phone or in-person discussions may be arranged when appropriate.
-
Clients must keep contact details up to date.
7. Membership Changes & Pauses
-
PT plans operate on a weekly or monthly cycle and cannot be paused unless agreed in advance for medical or exceptional reasons.
-
Class blocks cannot be paused or carried over.
8. Conduct
-
Outside The Box Coaching operates from a small, inclusive studio.
-
Any behaviour that is unsafe, discriminatory, or disruptive may result in termination of services without refund.
9. Updates to Terms
-
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect new services, policies, or legal requirements.

Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
